CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION FORM

The registration form consists of two sections:

1. A section to be completed by the applicant and

2. Contract agreement (terms and conditions) to be signed by the applicant and the driving school administrator.

If you consider  to join us the registration form will serve as a contract agreement between you and the driving school.
